1. Payment Method
We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please ensure full payment is ready at the time of delivery. Orders will not be handed over unless payment is completed.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will be notified once your order is dispatched.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Time
Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
We work diligently to meet the estimated delivery timeline, but unexpected delays may occur.

If your area is not serviceable, we will contact you after your order is placed.
